How to Measure Guide

Use a measuring tape to take accurate readings.

Hold the tape horizontally for width measurements and vertically for length measurements.

NECK: Measure around the base of your neck where the bandhgala collar will sit.
SHOULDER: Measure straight across from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape under the arms.
